Too many untaxed bloody scooters filling the bike parks, get rid IMHO
They don’t crush bikes that aren’t displaying tax. I was parking in a bike bay once when the DVLA had a van there removing scooters which weren’t taxed. They took them to a pound and the owners would have to prove insurance and tax before they could collect them. They even told me not to worry because anything over the size of a scooter was too heavy to lift into the van anyway.
