well…arnt i pleased with myself…i did’nt know were to put this but i thought…what the hell…anyways let me get to the point…
i was sat in my living room yesterday and was bored stupid…so i ponderd around the house and came across the reg plate that my mate paul got me(svstreetfighter your a dimond mate)…anyways,i thought i might as well start putting it on and went to my back garden were my bike was waiting for me…i sat down and had a fag first(as you do to get ready for any manual job) and stared at that effing great big windbreaker Suzuki decided to slap on the back of the K6…
me being a tight arse refuses to pay anything over the odds for a tail tidy for the gixxer as its only a peice of pressed metal…soo…i got into american chopper mode and ideas started flowing around my head…
as i sat there dragging the life out of this cigerette…it came to light of how i could make a bracket that would simply hold the reg plate were i wanted it…so off i trotted to the local DIY store…
with bags of enthusiasam,i raced around the store and picked up a hacksaw, half a meter of flat bendy aliminum, and a drill bit…so off i went and started my great biker build off…
needless to say with a bit of measuring…a sprinkle od drilling and just a dash of bending…i am bluddy proud of myself…well done me…!!!(pat…pat)…heres a pic or two of the finished project…enjoy…
Secondly I know what you did works just fine and looks great and right now your out some where with a big smile feeling proud with your work but what you did is just wrong, go get a cheat black machined made one off eBay your gixxers deserves better and they go for around £15
