Result, if I was a gambling man I’d have wagered on a split liability.
Simple put for ‘Without Prejudice’ read ‘without (admission of) liability’ 
that’s the one, they basically said that while they will pay for the repairs, they are not directly saying they are responsible for the accident. personally, im happy that my bike will be brought back to the way its supposed to.

none?, they wouldn’t pay if they didn’t know they were guilty, they just don’t want to give me the choice to go further (personal injury / loss of earnings ect) but im happy with it being fixed. should all be hush hush
