Very many thanks to everyone I met at Cubana last night for a wonderful welcome, and apologies to those I didn’t get to say hello to.
As I’m sure you know, putting yourself into any new group situation can be rather daunting - not the case with London Bikers though. What a thoroughly lovely bunch of people you all are. Great chat, great bikes, and looking forward to some great rides. Will be booking myself on the France trip before the week is out.
Apologies for leaving early, had to go for serious chats, and am now single again - so more time for two wheels - not all bad then!
Was very touched by the fact that a couple of get well cards were circulated last night, and felt honoured to be asked to sign.
Big up to all of you - can’t wait to get to know you all properly.
Am going to have to go easy on the postings though, this forum thing is highly addictive, and whilst I can blag quite a bit at work, spending the entire day glued to LB is not going to be blaggable for very long!
Hi guys good to see all the peeps there - on the way back there were police roadblocks on 316 pulling over cars so dont know what was going on and then got followed by police bike - always nice to be escorted home at night
