After a cracking weekend, beautiful rides, Triumph day at the Ace, prep work on the new paint scheme, was feeling pretty good last night when I got back, Sunday evening bath, nice and relaxed for the coming week off to bed, then…

…sudden killer pain, you’d think after 40 odd years of them, I’d be able to manage, but no way, the least discomfort can only be achieved by standing under a very HOT powershower (I’m talking scalding here), so stayed there for the best part of seven hours.
Alright now though, knackered, but hey at least it doesn’t hurt. think I’ll have a kip at lunchtime.
