gixer 1000 k3 rear shock onto an sv 1000 k4?

Hi guys and girls

I’m wondering if the above shock will fit my SV? I understand I may need to modify may battery box to accomodate the shock reservoir? But apart from that, other other issues?

It will fit, but it may require you to buy some dog-bones to raise the rear of the bike back up to the original height as most GSXR shocks are shorter,
