Get well soon to LB member....

Hi all,

LB member V2 had a bit of an off today out in Oxfordshire today. Looks like a broken collar bone and a few ribs unfortunately.

Just a quick note to say get well soon Tom. Hope you’ll be back out and about asap.

Bambi.

PS… he did get to ride in a helicoptor!

Thanks for let us know Bambi! I really sorry to hear that V2 ! Hope you are ok mate! Please give us some news as soon as you can ok? Hope you have a quick recovery…

Thanks,

Bike didn’t look too bad, cosmetic mainly. I am away now for a few days and probably wont see V2 til next week. There were other LB members there so hopefully they can keep all informed of any developments.

Safe riding. Bambi.

best of wishes for a speedy recovery V2.

Sad news

Any idea what happened?

We were out as a group of about ten when he went down on a right hand bend. Fortunately there was nothing coming the other way and apart from the road he didn’t hit anything.

Get well soon mate

In some ways lucky then, if you can call it that

Low side or bad road surface?

Arghh and that lovely R1 too. Bugger. Get well soon dude.

Thanks Bambi… Tom, here’s wishing you a very speedy recovery…

Ow bugger! Thanks Bambi for the headsup. Even though V2 is a new member, it’s evident that everybody here cares for his well-being, this is the great thing about the London biking community! I wish the best to V2 and hope he recovers quickly!

Was it the London Air Ambulance that ferried you fella? They’re our official charity partners now, and this is one of the reasons why we choose them, as they’re our guardian angels sometimes! Hope you’re not in too much pain fella, all the best for a speedy recovery. Post up pictures of your bike if you like, when you get time, you never know, people may be able to help out.
