Had a phone call a while ago from the man himself telling me he has had a little off :w00t:
He’s not too badly damaged, he has broken his Fibula and Tibia and is currently in Kingston Hospital awaiting an op.
Fix quickly fella 
ouch, that’s quite a serious break, get well soon and don’t rush the recovery a mate of mine broke those two as well had pins and all was told not to put any weight on it for 3 months, 6 weeks in he decided it was ok and tried it, resulted in him needing more surgery and an extra 4 months on crutches

Oh, that can be very painful.
When I broke my tib and fib, I had a lovely lot of pins…plastered for 6 months.

Oh you French fool Fred, was this on the road or the track?.
I have a couple of accounts down that way so chances are I’ll have a min to drop in later.
Being half French I’m confident when I say Fred will be in cold sweats and panicking about what he’s about to go through in the next few days and nights. NHS food shouldn’t have to be eaten by anyone little own a Frog. Don’t worry Fred I’ll whip up a Coq Au Vin for you later
