Gerbing gloves repairs

i have some Gerbing G3 gloves and although the controller lights up the seems to be no power coming out of the harness (checked with a voltometer)
there could be something also wrong with the gloves.

anyone know how do i go about getting these serviced?

thanks

How old are they? If still under warranty (3 years for controller, lifetime for heating elements), go back to your retailer and they’ll give you a form, Gerbing will swap them over. If older, get in touch with Gerbing customer services – they’re very good at customer service.

thanks for the reply!

i am strungling to find a phone no of the Gerbing UK. I bought them used so no idea how old the controler is…

They only offer the warranty to the original purchaser, as far as I know :expressionless:

Their customer service is first class (if they do keep well hidden). Their details last time I dealt with them directly below. I think they are a guy names Ian in a shed, somewhere near Sevenoaks.

Certainly no harm in asking!

Aye, I emailed them at [email protected] and they sent me a brand new controller (new model) for no cost, and didn’t even want the old one back.

Gerbings customer service is very good. However, with yours being used I dunno how far you’ll get, as everytime I’ve sent stuff back I’ve had to include copies of proof of purchase etc.

That said, you can pick up a replacement controller pretty cheap.
Probably worth sticking a multi-metre on the one you have first though, in case it is the gloves at fault.
