Intelligent Energy says its hydrogen-powered motorbike, which is expected to sell for about $6,000, is so quiet it’s ‘kind of like riding a horse.’

One of the mainstream magazines reviewed one briefly recently, in comparison to other alternative-fuel bikes. Apparently it was like sitting on a pushbike and not having to pedal, i.e. silent and flimsy. Oh, and slow

Imagine how different bikes will be in 30 years time when petrol/diesel will be too expensive to have at the pumps…

Dont worry Jay mate im hoping by then they would have nuclear power under control…

1,000,000,000 bhp at the rear wheel wahaaaay!!!

Lordy, what is that contraption??

If new stuff ain’t faster and generally better than what I’ve got then no thanks.

If we run out of Fossil Fuel, or it becomes sooo expensive, I suspect we (and the rest of the world) wil have bigger problems than what our new bikes are gonna be like…

Economy meltdowns, nuclear reactors in every city, windmills in the garden, no rubber for tyres, etc etc.

Gloomy eh?

God that sounds depressing andrew, glad i can enjoy it all now!!!

Hydrogen power mght be good when they can get the ceramic engine construction right.
