Good morning.  No riding for me today, I’m on a first aid course.

Just the Aceman tell us this. Why did Lutalo Muhammad engage?

What happened there, is there some rule that doesn’t allow him to or that penalise him if he retreats?

Morning

Off out to the rollercoaster

Morning. Still the birthday month reigns on… Brick lane visit today… This is epic. The likes of which shall not be repeated.

Olympic TKD is hilarious. Should be renamed the Toe Face Hilarious Dance. It’s like fencing without the cool lights tech. Remove along with dressage, golf, football etc.

UFC 202 might be interesting to watch. But we were expecting a fast defeat! More movement work needed?

Roll on GP…

Have a good un!

Good morning.  First weekend since April without riding for me, but the forecast of 30mph gusts is too scary for me and my tiny bike.  Have fun everyone.

Morning all - cleaned and lubed the chain today - it also seemed a little slack but I couldn’t undo the axle nut; will have another go next week as the front pads need doing. Nice weather though hopefully someone’s enjoying s nice ride.

I also do not like wind. Hence getting the tube to Notting Hill to sign over the GS650, ah, happy days- maybe her new owner will be able to restore her to her former glory. The fella who transported her was really good - a biker himself. Will put an article in the praise section later.

Not forgotten about your tea and burger NT.

Afternoon, a bit wet in Moto2 in Brno.
Good 3rd place for Sam Lowes.

Morning all…

For the tattoo wearers… cling film or not? and for how long?

hrm; managed to shift the nut a bit - but its moving the washer; seems pretty stuck...

Afternoon all! Cleaned out the garage (hoovered!) and fixed an Optimate lead to the bike so it can remain on charge when at home.

Post a picture of it and you get advice :grinning:

This was discussed a couple of weeks back. You need to tackle it from both ends with a spanner/socket rotating anticlockwise on the nut end and another spanner/socket rotating clockwise on the bolt end, simple.

I just realised that; the otherside turned with  out catching the washer; the nut side was stuck to the washer - so I didn't realise that its probably the axle turning. Two sockets it is :)...

NO cling film, keep dry and don’t allow any clothes to touch it. Use a thin covering of bepanthen to stop it drying out and itching.

i had a ride in the thames valley and hit a massive cloud.  once again the mighty rosso II managed 70mph average speed in torrential rain,  was soaked but grinning
