FS Suzuki GSX1340BK

Been thinking and doing the maths and I’ve decided to hang my helmet up for the foreseeable future :crying:

I really fancy being debt free and selling the bike will free up loads of cash and stop the running costs involved. I may get 4 wheels to get around but that’s cheap as we can get a small car through the VW dealership group at staff prices.

Specs

2008 Suzuki gsx 1340cc bking. 15977 miles (set to go up)

FSH. Just been serviced. Bike was services by the KAwa shop that I bought it from as part of the sale and I’ve services it twice myself every 3500k miles since ownership. I have the Official Suzuki service manual and serviced the bike according to the service schedule. All receipts kept and photos of mileage and what I’ve serviced were taken as proof (better than a stamp IMHO)

183rwhp at 9.5k revs

111.5 ft/lb torque at 7k revs (90 of this is available from near 3k revs so it PULLS!)

A/B mode. A mode being full power and B mode offering around 100bhp for wet weather

Removable rear seat for pillion seat cover.

I also bought another sear seat and converted that to a top box holder at the pull of a cable, it can come off and the original refitted so no unsightly top box cages.

Mods

12v marine socket

HEL braided lines

Custom decat pipe by an exhaust manufacturer in London. The decat is removeable and the cat can be refitted at any stage. I paid £250 to have this done if I or MOT man ever found the noise to be too much but its actually not very loud at all.

K&N air filter with cold air intake mod

Twin carbon fibre Yoshimura exhausts (around £1k new)

Custom remap at Steve Jordan Motorcycles. Timing retard in first and second gear removed to allow full power and the bike to rev all the way. This was done last weekend and I’ve only put on around 150 miles on it since

Bought in Feb as a keeper. the bike was stock apart from HEL braided lines and I’ve spent loads to get it to where it is now.

The bike has a couple minor scuffs on it but it is an 08 bike. these scuffs are only light paint scuffs and not deep at all.

Viewing is recommended and I’ll let it out for a test ride subject to…

Full asking price in cash FIRST

signed sheet of when you take it and return it [don’t want you tickets or points  ]

you drop it, you buy it…

NO TYRE KICKERS

as the tax and MOT expire in jan or feb, I’ll be willing to renew both of those for free but the asking price is the price and no offers will be entertained.

£5500
