It’s a good thing the vending machine is out of chocolate or all my good intentions would be seriously at risk right now. How on earth does someone with a really sweet tooth get out of the habit of snacking on sweet stuff?
This be a distinct problem with me and Sainsbury’s Toffee and Pecan Cookies. I’m obsessed…totally, and cannot, at all, resist them if I see them…so if you ever figure out the answer, would you please let me know???:hehe:
I fixed this problem at school, there was (they took it away:crying:) a vending machine at school, kept on running out of chocolate. so I sell chocolate now make about a fiver a day for not doing much…
Now the vending machine is gone, maybe sails will go up
I looked at my belly one day in the mirror and thought “oh dear”. I went completely off chocolate within a week, and snack on fruit and raw carrots instead
This is hard. Try berries, raisins and brazil nuts that are quite sweet. Go easy on the brazils though as nuts are quite calorie laden. Dried fruit like apricots, dates and figs are good too. For a once a week treat go for high coco solid chocolate (at least 70% coco solid) this is so rich that I an only eat a little at a time.
