I’m looking for a front disc for my DRZ400SM. In standard form they seem to take a 310mm floating disc which is on a carrier. I see that some of the replacement discs are just cut from one piece of metal i.e. not a disc mounted on a carrier. So my question is: does this make a difference, or rather what difference does it make??
