Does anyone have any idea what that french sounding tune is that’s been on several ads? Sort of sexy, glamorous, instrumental with an accordion sort of ring to it. Very french in sound, atmospheric.
I think the first time it was used was for a high street retailer or something.

I’m not sure, I think originally it was on an ad for Debenhams or some high street clothing chain a year or so ago but have heard it elsewhere since I think on BBC trailers. Woman with big hair wearing silk striding down a street with the music playing.
‘Dun, dun dun du-dun du-dun du dun du-dun’, has a sort of accordion sound to it and a very french feel to it. Just like the sound of it, would be nice to know what it was.

That’s the one! Spanish lyrics then, but I think it’s fair to say the instrumental bit sounds distinctly French, or at least it does to me.
