Sept 14th it was knocked over at about 3mph (Onto the kurb) causing a few little problems, amongst the little list of problems it had.
Headlights became stuck on high beam after the accident (Id only bodged 2 new connectors on the night before as a quick fix as they were wired wrong).
Speedo stopped working a few weeks before it had 33k ish on the clocks and id used it for a couple hundred miles after (so its safe to say 35k).
Rear wavey disc is fitted, but I managed to warp it by rolling the bike backwards whilst the disc lock was still on… (Brand new wavey included in sale).
Handle bars are slightly bent and need replacing.
Minor dent/scratches to the LHS/RHS of the frame near the engine.
It kept blowing the ‘back up fuse’ the day after the accident (it blew it twice) not sure why I haven’t investigated…
Will need to be re MOT’d once the bars are replaced (Im confident it will pass but I haven’t looked it over)
Only sent the V5 today so im waiting for it… But full receipt will be given (Along with a copy of the filled in V5).

I was tempted to turn it into a track bike & hope to get on a track finally… But its not going to happen any time soon,
And I spent FARRRRRRRRRRRRRR to long fixing the previous owners ‘things’ I just cant be bothered to spend any more time fixing it.
I’ve been as honest as I can as I don’t want this to be ‘palmed’ to another Lb’r, ideally I want £1200 as is… But this is LB and it isn’t an ideal world…
So… please inbox me any offers… Bike will need to be collected from my mums, ISLINGTON. But not until Wednesday at the earliest as I haven’t got it back from the insurance yet…

he asked if i could get a photo of the damage so he can price up parts to fix it and how quick do you need it gone as he it might take him a few weeks to get the money.
allso about the logbook will you forward him the full logbook when you get it back
i ‘want’ it gone asap… so i am flexible on price…
if ive still got it in a week il be replacing the bars and stickin it on ebay.

You should send the V5 yourself in the future. Don’t let the buyer send it. I’ve been caught out before.
If you no longer own the vehicle, send a letter to DVLA stating who owns it now and confirm date of sale. You should always do this if you don’t receive the ‘confirmation of change of ownership’ letter from dVLA. Cost me a lot of money when I made the same mistake
At the time we was friends and we swapped v5 and I sent he’s and he was meant to send mine
And is parity my fault for trusting him and also not receiving confirmation letter but I get few bikes a month so sometimes make mistakes and will do but they took information over phone so do I need to send letter also?
