I am selling my 996SPS with good deal of add ons.
Bike is 2000 996 SPS.
Less than 4,000 miles on the clock
All standard 2000 SPS add-ons:
•Ohlins Forks, Shock (revalved by KTech), steering damper.

•Standard wheels have been replaced by Marvic Magnesium wheels in black (much lighter)
•standard calipers have been replaced by 4 pads ones.
•front discs have been replaced by lightweight brembo that work with 4 pad calipers (narrower).
•Standard clutch cover has been replaced by carbon item.
•Brake lines have been replaced by Hels red brainded lines.
•Rear wheel nuts have been replaced by 12 point ones (race style).
•Motowheels upgraded clutch slave cylinder piston.
•AFAM lightweight sprocket / lightweight front sprocket.
•520 Gold chain.
•SAMCO cooling hose kit
•Billet ride height adjuster bar.
•ITG (over bell mouth) Air filter.

Maintenance
•Engine had a full rebuild by Ducati under warranty at 3500miles. There was a small play in a shaft that I noticed due to incorrect assembly. Now sorted.
•Several services in past 500 miles since servicing every year regardless of mileage. Nelly has done a few bits to the bike and can confirm condition. Mainly rocker changed, belts, oil, fuel filter, cooling liquid, etc. last year.
•I have just serviced it to put it back perfect and since it did not run since last year:
-cambelts
-oil & filter
-airbox rubber seal (was a little worn)
-changed all brake fluids
-general tighness of bolts/nuts
-cleaned and set up clutch
-brand new battery
-Brand new tyres (Pirelli Diablo)
Downsides
•Some marks on the rear wheel spokes when rear caliper dropped on a ride. Nothing major though. Wheel was checked and is OK.
•1 small pain chip on front.
I am looking for around £8,000
Reason for sale is that I just got an 998 RS specs and sadly cannot keep the 2 of them.
