I really did think they should have edited the sound for that bit of the movie to make it seem like she wasn’t riding a hair dryer.

Well I don’t watch (what looks to be) crap wanky American teen feel-good films, if that’s what you mean 
It was Transformers II. It wasn’t very good. She burned out the eye of this little Remote Control Pickup truck robot (which had reverse lights and reversing horns) with a blow torch while he was clamped in a set of tongs so he couldn’t even get away. I didn’t think that was really necessary. Then later when he defected to the good side they didn’t even soldier his eye back together.

Last few films I watched were Flatliners (for the nth time), Five Easy Pieces, Audition, Pi and Tropic Thunder…so no real pattern there!

no safety gear, no helmets… and I wonder how fast would a 125 go with 2 people on it… why didn’t they let them ride a proper bike like in Transformers I…
By the way I haven’t seen Transformers II and don’t think I will after reading the reviews.
