Brilliant picture! Sticky tyres and good tarmac are a joy to behold! I’ve always been wearing of scraping the pegs on a gixxer, it’s easy enough to do, but costly if it goes pear-shaped! Leather repairs are also expensive, if only for the elbow

It’s shaped like that for more ground-clearance, amongst other reasons, yes. You’d fall off before you’d run out of clearance, it’s mad stuff. The lean limit is down to the tyres, and the size of your balls/wallet.
