Well, thats a game well known in Brazil and it’s called ‘bola na trave’ or bola no pau’ it’s basically consisted in kick the ball to the post and get it back.
The story of this game born from the kids playing football in the streets whole year round and as kids there are not usually fat, we don’t have any ‘slow runner’ to put in the goal! Come on, just between us here, who want to play in the goal??? So we ended without a goalkeepers kicking the ball into walls primarily up to some smart arse decided to aim to the post!
Then it born! Romario used to be the best one in this little game! As well as footvolei, which is played in the beach and it’s voleyball but not hands, only fit, body and head!
