I recently bought a set of R&G crash bungs for my bike (k4 1000) and i don’t have instructions on fitting them, how tight do i need to tighten them when i do the bolts up? i don’t want to overtighten them and fluck the job up…Thanks guys
I just fitted some of these to my CBR600 today I just tightened them as hard as I could with the allen key but didn’t really try to force it too much. It got to a point where it wouldn’t budge anymore unless you were really straining!

Here’s the bolt torque numbers fella. Do use these, it’s not worth risking damaging your frame or engine by doing them up to the wrong torque amount (remember the mounts will deform slightly when the engine is hot, so doing them up too tight can crack bolts and break threads)…
