Actually, it was the Nokia 7110 that was used in the Matrix. I know this because that was my second ever mobile!

Nope, Neo used an 8110 in The Matrix.

Nokia played on the publicity though when the 7110 was launched, but it wasn’t the same phone.

I stand corrected!

Although, I must say I’m a bit gutted. I was duped by Nokia advertising! :w00t:

Did noone have a Mercury Phone ? I remember at school we all had one !

yup had one of those as well when you got unlimited calls - must of fired a few brain cells using it!

1987/88 got my first phone (work provided)

We got similar motorola, bloody heavy and ridiculously expensive
