Got to love the beer tram, many summers evenings spent going round the town on it then off to linnanmaki to play on the roller coasters 
Yeah, but youâd have had to drink Koff and thatâs no fun. I wouldnât wish regular Finnish beer on anyone.
At least itâs not Lapin Kulta, we would always take some Salmiakkikossu with us.

Never brought from Alko, always used to make our own.

Why did you have to remind me about Lapin Kulta? God that stuff is so bad - not horrible just lacking any taste or character! Koff isnât that bad by comparison! The only decent beer I ever had in Finland was bitter from the micro-brewery on Suomenlinna, and that uses imported British equipment and recipies!
Kappeli at the end of Eteläesplanadi (down the mermaid end) has a very decent micro brewery
