I’m making a music video and I need to film someone doing burnouts. If there is anyone out there who would mind me filming them I would very much appreciate it, and would be able to pay them a modest amount.

Try you local m/c tyre depot. They’ll know who can afford to junk a tyre in a week or so. (Or buys part worn tyres.)
