According to Kawasaki, the fastest accelerating production motorcycle is the ZZR 1400, not the BMW S1000rr.

Indicates that it is in fact faster than the BMW S1000rr, but not as fast as the old GSXR-1000 or the V-Max.

I’m not sure about 1000RR being the fastest, but HP4 definitely knocks down hayabusa and kawasaki, panigale doesn’t stand a chance either. There has been a test done, there should be a video on youtube.
