Yep rooibos is a South African tea, I drink it on a daily basis after 5 cups of coffee!!

Good anti-oxidant?
Sorry, rude of me not to reply… yep excellent anti-oxidant, caffeine free, need to leave it to steep a bit longer than other teabags as it’s a bit weaker than other teas. Can be bought infused with some flavours like vanilla. Some of the crazies believe it’s good for the skin and smear the tea bag on their face. Normal people buy a cream from the Body Shop
