What do we think of this?

Looks noisy

Szymon, I was going to post this up when I saw your hugger thread- I was selling this exhaust on behalf of a friend a while ago. The GSX650F has been sold, but he still has the exhaust and would no doubt take an offer.

Are you interested?

Thanks CGB, PM sent

You need one of these

David.V has that can on his VFR. IT sounds immense. So you’re making a good choice.

I was just about to write “no, no I don’t”…but then I saw the black one. That’s the first actually black exhaust I’ve found, it would really work with my bike :-). The others I’ve looked at were all carbon, but this one is the exact shade of black to match the bike… dammit, I don’t want to spend that much on it! :stuck_out_tongue:

By the way, what’s the (quite loud) exhaust on your bike? And do you mostly ride with the baffle out?

The good thing about our bike is that if you look at the Bandit 650 exhausts they are identical and £30/40 cheaper I think.

Give pipe werx a call I think they will make it the size that you want. Ie, if you don’t want it loud get a longer one + baffle.

Mines a Leo Vince. One of them will cost you about £200. My can is a race can. No exhaust packing or baffle. Its easy enough to mod it to take a baffle but there really is no need. Especially in your case as you have no MOT for three years.

Do you mean the one I got pulled over for? Or my normal can which I am now buying another of? If me at all?

The former was an akrapovic megaphone. And the one I’ve just bought a second of was a stubby bsu stamped Powertech Titanium. I’ll pm some info.

However, this post is fruitless if it wasn’t directed at me lol :stuck_out_tongue:

Sorry, was directed at Daniel :-). He has basically the same bike as me (mine is nicer of course, and in a faster colour). However his exhaust is a little noisier than I would like for “day to day” riding - I wouldn’t want to upset the neighbours!

Love the look of the Pipewerx black…

Sorry to jump in your thread guys but if anyone is interested I have a Beowulf S/Steel exhaust for a Bandit 650 or GSXF650F which I am looking to sell on if anyone is interested?

It’s a shiny stainless one complete with, link pipe, hanging strap, removable baffle, new banjo clips & warranty certificate. Used, but in good condidtion.
It fitted both an '08 650 bandit and an '09 gsx650f as they are essentially the same bike.

Sounds great, baffle in or out. not excessivly loud, but boomy enough. Great pops on the overrun. BS stamped too, so it’s legal plus there’s no need to re-map fueling. I always rode it baffle out and never had a prob.

looks like this one

let me know if you’re interested.
Apologies again if I hijacked your thread.

No problem you jumping in - not for me I’m afraid though, I don’t want a slightly smaller big shiny thing to replace the huge big shiny thing

A shiny silver one can become a black one with the application of heat paint . You will probably find many black ones you see if they have a scratch are shiny silver underneath

IRC Dan’s can is empty. has no wadding hence why it is so loud. That and Its been stubby’d

Bought the fuel can off the auction!

Ohhh Nuuuummmnummm…
