If anyone is going along to the Everything Electric show at ExHell there are electric bikes you can take for a test ride out on the road. I’m not going to be doing any test rides as bringing gear down is a a bit of a faff on the train. However I’m interested to poke around them.

How did it go? See anything interesting?
It was a bit of an odd show really. It didn’t have a focus as such, other than electric things. So you had heat pumps, cars, drug dealer scooters, energy suppliers. So you had a real mixed bag of people there.
A couple of colleagues took some of the cars on test drives. I didn’t fancy crawling through London traffic :D. On the bike front, there wasn’t anything particularly new. Handy if you are using one as a commuter, not much use if you want to do greater miles.
I did feel a bit sorry for the people on the Tesla stand, it was like the Mary Celeste.
I’m not planning on rushing back there unless I’m looking for a specific upgrade e.g. heat pump, or EV.
