Hy all,

I saw in the events calendar the entry newbie night today 6.5.2013-18.00-22.00.
Anyone who can give me some more information about it? where it is what is happening etc etc…I as a newbie would like to come along…

Me too please… Also I’m heading to box hill for a coffee and to see where I end up if anyone fancies joining me? 42 long time rider, not as fast in the saddle as I once used to be but can still mix it up and out today on my 12 plate triple black GS1200Adventure without side panniers but just the top box so I’m easy to spot for those looking :slight_smile:

Be good to catch up with some new riders.

The Ace Cafe, sitting at a table inside, near the stage with the Motorbikes on it. Look for a pretty blonde girl accompanied by a grouchy old man, that’ll be GXRAng and TrackDayJunkie :slight_smile:

Any newbies that are not 100% on how to get to the Ace, post up where you are and we’ll see what can be done. I’ll be at Ace too, will dust off my brown LB hoodie for easy id for newcomers!

I know from Google maps where about it is but have never been…anyone passing through Battersea? :slight_smile:

Do you know anywhere this side of the river? If you can get to Hammersmith/Chiswick, I’ll hook up with you somewhere. Battersea is a bit of a mission for me to get to only to come back west side.

Nice to finally meet some of you and put faces to names (even if I don’t remember them next time we meet). did not see Sean who said he was coming by car. He must have been to busy talking to all the BMW owners.

Good to see (A FEW!!) fellow LB’ers last night, both old and new school! Hopefully now the sun’s out some more may suddenly feel the urge to welcome newbies and extricate themselves out!!

Den - Pleasure was all mine, just wish I’d have known earlier that you’ve only had the bike 3 weeks, I’d have taken the traffic tetris a bit easier but you kept up so fair play to you! Hopefully see you again soon and keep on eye on the rideout section, any questions PM me! Laters!!
