Essex Twist II

On Sunday, 29th March leaving The 127 Diner (address below) at 8:30am sharp.

WE WILL BE USING THE CORNERMAN SYSTEM OF MARKING CORNERS SO THAT NOONE GETS LOST OR GOES THE WRONG WAY. IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT THAT IS, PLEASE READ THIS

Ride the most devious twisty tarmac in Essex.

These roads are notorious for crashes. Please if you come, leave your racing pretensions at home.

Put your names down if you’re coming. No need to post, if you’re not

Cheers.

The 127 Diner is located on the A127 near Nevendon

Address:

Be aware if you’re following sat nav, the address of the diner on their website seems wrong as it dumps you at some residential address in Romford :w00t:

To get to the diner (from London direction), follow the A127 until you get to a half roundabout. When you’re passed there you’re looking for the big yellow Jet services.

The Diner is located here!

If you reach the Dick Turnpin pub, you’ve gone too far.

If you have any spills or get any tickets then its your own fault, not mine or LB’s.**

Count me in Afro, I need some twisties and some good early morning riding.

Looks like it could just be me and you mate. :w00t:

C’mon you miserable lot :hehe:

Blimey…hold up ive only just seen it !!

Right, im out all day saturday, let me check and if im ok for this time wise, i will be at the diner !!

And if theres only THREE of us, we wont NEED the corner man crap !! :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah and you can stick behind me, just in case :Whistling:

Ok I’ll stop now and I hope you can make it…If it is just the three of us then I’ll buy you each an ice cream

Hopefully, be celebrating a new job

Yay! I’ll be celebrating getting out of the one I’m in!

I like chocolate ice cream, now that we are at it

and i can have anything now, as long as its wheat and gluten free !!

Are 125 able to tag along?

Any idea what time we will be heading back?

Alright mate…It should be ok as long as you can keep up.

That wouldn’t normally be a problem, but it’s looking like this ride will only be a (very) small group this time.

The weather ain’t looking great now anyway so might have to reschedule…again :doze:

Where’s the sun gone? :frowning:

Hope that will change, but on the radio I was hearing that it would rain this week… lets see how the weekend goes.

What kinda speeds will you guys be doing?

Not a problem join the Stamford and Rutland water posse!

A bit-o-water will slow most of’em down (unless them pesky Retards turn up). Even if this group are averaging 50mph you’re gonna wragg the spuds of ya’125. Is it a de-restricted sportsbike?

I’ve just checked the weather and the weather and it seems that it will be dry. There is hope!

Its a CBR 125 top speed 70mph tops

Ride it like Rossi and cane us all on corner speed

Thats what I’m talking about. The BCR is on tighter, twistier roads than The Essex Twist II and the de-restricted CBR125 Pritesh had struggled, said he’d come back when he had a bigger bike cause he was killing it everywhere! We had 2 125’s on that day…

gutted, gona miss this one,got to stay in and wash me hair:D:P:D

If I can make it for 8:30 I’ll come.

You had hair 25 years ago.

Sorry I couldn’t make your birthday ride man…Had some work to finish :frowning:

Sorry guys if anyone turned out for this.

Stupidly forgot the clocks went forward last night.

the Essex Twist shall return.

Take it easy.
