Dyno and PC111 set up. Who to use?

Hopefully, within a couple of weeks, I will be getting the first Racefit Mega for the K6 Gixxer 600/750. It has been discovered that the K6’s run very lean as standard and so any exhaust changes need to be immediately comlimented with a remap to avoid problems. So my question is who in the basically london area should i book in with? My current thought is HM Racing, they did the suspension on my Husaberg and are obviously very well respected.

Thanks in advance.

HM Racing are a good bet.

If you are North based, SDC in Stevenage.

For your information ALL modern bikes run on the lean side so as to pass emissions tests and have done for 10 years or more. Fit a race can on an RRT blade and cruise up a motorway at 7000rpm and you stand a good chance of seizing it.

Congrats on getting the racefit, its a sexy can

Where are H&M Racing based, I need to do it too…

Theres also PDQ out west on A4 im taking my 750 there on 22nd may for PC set up and dyno.

its about 150 quid i think and has a good rep.

I would highly recommend PDQ, they offer an extremely professional service and don’t rip you off.

+1 on PDQ. They did a superb job on both my TL’s (one slightly modded, the other heavily modded).

my bikes going into steve jordans end of the month for a dyno run and set up, so will let you know how i get on.

bit off putting is the fact that the guy on the phone said i had to sign a disclaimer that if my bike went pop that its my fault!!!

thats a standard disclaimer, all the professionally run dyno shops do the same.

Steve Jordan is a top fella, you won’t go far wrong taking it there …

+1 for HM Racing, cracking outfit …

Another plug for HM Racing from me,used them a couple of months ago.

Got a good reputation and i found them to be first class.
