Wondering if anyone would fancy riding up to see part of the Duxford Air Show, Cambridgeshire. It’s a pretty large Air Show with military and civil aircraft.
I’m not expecting people to purcahse tickets as I don’t think we’d hang around for too long so I’ve just E-mailed the display director to ask if they could recommend a good spot near-by that we could safely park up some bikes and have a good view of the show.

Yeah that actually sounds like good fun. I wanted to visit Duxford some time when it’s bit more quiet (i.e. not a major air show) but I’d be up for a rideout including a bit of plane spotting 
I could be up for this, but things to resolve before the weekend.
The visit to the museum is a good day out, but you need to get there when it opens, 10am and be wearing comfy shoes, cos it will be about 5pm when you finish!
I went up there last week with my kids, excellent day out and not too expensive for a family day out. Unlike the airshow date, prices are a lot steeper but they got to cover costs and make some profit i guess. I have done one in the past they are good shows though. Highly recommended.

Too bad, there’s too much going on this weekend! But the air show is on Saturday as well? It’s relatively close from East London so I might be up for just a quick ride to Duxford and back if anyone’s interested.
If I don’t end up going home to Wales this weekend I’ll be up for that. Need to be back in London relatively early though.
Yeah I have work to do that I’ve been putting off since last weekend (and I ended up going to Box instead ) so me too. We’ll see. You going to BM or TH tonight?
