The leader for this expedition can’t make it, now, so we’ll just have a normal day’s riding starting and finishing at the Downs. The weather’s looking promising, so should be another good day out.
See you all Saturday ready to get going by 10am.

Ok everybody, a new plan has been formulated! Steve (which one? lol) knows the way, so we’ll be following him, instead. 
We’re still going to Walton on the Naze, but as a day trip, not an overnighter (unless you really want to stay, of course…but it might be a bit lonely). Should be by the sea in time for lunch. Be at the Downs fully fuelled, as it’s a 100 mile trip and we won’t be stopping.

Me too Sherrie, I need to get a new back tyre before I go to Somerset the following weekend and Saturday is currently the only spare time I have, bugger bugger bugger!!

To confirm the day is a 9.30 meet at the Downs with a 10.00 sharp departure !! Ladies there is a toilet in the "New Downs Cafe " up the hill , which has a car and m/c park in the front.
Lads our nearest toilet is across the road behind the very handy bushes!!!
Please have a full tank as its a good 100 miles to our destination.
I have booked a sunny but not too warm journey down to the coast and found out from MCN that another group of bikers are also meeting down there and we can park on the Esplanade for FREE !!!
