4 year warranty as well, so I guess their confident on the build quality and reliability.

To qualify for the unlimited mileage 4 year year warranty you need to commit to 48 months of Dealer servicing! That’ll cost you an arm and a leg and then some.

Ouch indeed, but hopefully some nice second hand ones in a few years, though I reckon most will be sold before that 37K mark 
they are just trying to win over those guys with too much money who normally buy BMW no matter what
