Claire and I said no to our Saturday lay-in and went and test rode bikes! Ducati Monster 821 for her and the Superduke 1290 GT for me. Though once at the city limits the world said no further! Heavy fog made us turn back to terrorise city dwellers instead. Brap.
I loved the GT but want to compare against the 2017 Superduke R before making a decision and Claire liked some of the Ducati but not the heavy clutch, fiddly switch gear and lumpy bottom end. More rides to follow.
