Stiffen up the steering damper maybe?
Maybe your getting too much air under the front of the nose?

at first i would have said the forks settings were uneven as you were suffering coming onto the pit straight, but then it acted up going down the back straight.
strange indeed. rear shock possibly too soft on the rebound ?
