dont suppose anyone here teaches piano lessons?

I aint played in yrs, and was thinking of starting again from scratch.

my wee creative mind needs some better creative stimulation!

( and for anyone whos ready to take the ****, I dont care  )

my aunt is a concert pianist but you’d have to go to hong kong for lessons

I aint that keen…lol

If you dont have luck with the piano lessons mate, give elocution ago :D:)

I speak perfectly well, where i come from

Hey Steve, if you’ve played before then you’ll pick it up very quickly again.

Go to Chappell on Bond St: http://www.chappellofbondstreet.co.uk/

They’ve got a massive collection of starter books, as well as books for people who’ve played before and want to resume, all levels, all ages, it’s a brilliant shop and the shop assistants are very helpful and friendly.

Like you I played at an early age, then left it for a long time, got some books and picked it up again

couldn’t teach though, but I could lend you a couple of books if you’re interested.

Good luck, there’s nothing like it when you get it just right

Wot Tottenham

you get some teachers who advertise on here http://www.gumtree.com/london/5184_1.html
dont know any though

nice one, thanks for the links

Like you said yourself, i might be able to do it myself if i just got some books to brush up on it

do you reckon i could get audio books, so whilst im wasting time asleep, im actually learning something? :w00t:

If only it’s that easy! unfortunately you’re fingers must do the practice and get used to the pressure levels/sounds etc.

if you remind me, I’m happy to lend you my books next time I’m at bmm

Do you have piano?

well i aint gota piano, im gona have to make do with a keyboard im afraid :frowning:

not same as a piano, doesnt have the same feel (but then again, my fingers wont hurt as much! )

Itll be enough to get me started, once i see about getting back into way of it, ill know if im gonna want to take it further
