I think the most important rule when living in a caravan is to stop cutting your grass, stop using the bins for rubbish and to park as many rusty car on the grass as possible…
and you cant have road tax on your Transit
The neighbours might complain about the constant bonfire for burning insulation off copper cables but thats easily drowned out by blaring car stereos and revving transit engines:D

thinking pratically and constructively, id suggest investigating along the planning permission lines. if i were you, id argue that it is just an extension of the house and would make sure that it is of a size that would sit under the planning permission requirements.
Hide it round the back garden and no-one will know;)
