i’m just about to buy a bagster bag for my bmw r1100s as it has a plastic tank. i used to use an oxford magnetic tank bag which is brilliant and shall be keeping as i’m sure i’ll have a bike with a metal tank again sometime.
what i need is some pictures of other peoples bikes with these bagster bags on them so i can get an idea of physical size. i know that the one i’m looking at is either the ‘alpha’ which expands from 20-30ltrs or the ‘medea’ which expands from 22-34ltrs which i think physically is probably too large. it also looks a bit solid and uncompromising too but as i can’t find anyone who holds stock i was wondering if anyone here had either of those two bags and if they had any pictures that they could post up for me to have a look at. these are pics on your bike of course not just sat on your kitchen table
Not a very good pic but here is my bike with the Alpha (it is an Alpha I have), packed full.
Not a great pic but you can put loads in there and extend the size of the bag with the adjustable side zip.
Don’t know much about the other bag your looking at but I use this one all the time for short journeys when i can’t be bothered carrying a small rucksack or touring.
