my insurance is up for renewal in January and being a fickle man I normally change my bike then.
Tell me why I should / shoudn’t go for this -
currently riding a crapped out zzr1100 that I still love very much :w00t:
Although it looks clean & tidy it’s expensive for the year, well I think so anyway. Also as far as I’m aware at that age it had the 625 cc engine, it was the earlier bikes that had the 609 cc so I don’t know whats going on there.
Either ask lots of questions or steer clear it’s your call. There’s normally others about for sale so I’d shop round.

agreed with moto on the price, there new plastic/stickers to clean bike up but still £500 over priced.
find out about wors done to bike,services, parts… my 1st bike was 51reg ktm 640sm (lc4) £1500 i thought great a cheap bike till it went bang:crazy: £900 later it was not a cheap bike. these bike are great if there been taken care of by last owner but thats the risk you take with any bike.

i’m sure you could get the price down a bit:) i sold a 2006 660smc with, slipper clutch, quick shift,launch control, full akra system + lots of extras & full book of history from new for £2600 and i think i was lucky to get that. i & many other have had bad luck with the black engine lc4 & would rather spend a lil extra for a newer model

so i came to the conclusion that supermotos are second bike/toy because most ive seen have like 500 miles a year on them…do you have another bike and use your moto on the odd occasion?
