The bike was nicked from Cheshunt . . . It had a lock on etc . . . seems like a lotta effort for a bike thas only worth about £1500
Well had a quick drive around central Cheshunt this morning in areas where I have seen bikes dumped, but no luck. Had hoped it was just kids who then thought better and then dumped it.

Nah dude I haven’t . . . Gridgirl is using hers for work now so thats out. I just gotta wait n see what happens, whether they recover mine - ha ha fat chance - or wait for the insurers to pay out . . . hopefully . . .

one recomendation hammer n chistle is very tricky to remove the fingers with if you use a large pair of bolt cutters between each joint of the fingers starting off with the little one on the right n working across section by section to the right little one i doubt they will be happy

Be careful tho, if they didnt touch hers it was cos yours was the better or easier option to take at that time? BUT dont mean they wont be waiting and watching to see if they can come back and get your other halfs one? I know, they did same to us? Only when they nicked his one, my one was moved out and hasnt been in same place outside the house since, but they may well have come back to SEE if they could get to it again?
A thief is a thief, and they wont stop unless its impossible for them to get to it, until they get the bike they are after? So please make sure your other bike is locked up to the hilt, or hidden away?..
Sorry about what happened tho, its like having your arm off…hope they crash on it and do some damage to themselves, end up in hosp and lose their job,wife/girlfriend and home !!! And if its kids? Hope they lose their legs!! Wont go nicking again will they?

Hate to say it but a lock only keeps an honest man honest… does owt for criminals… hope that they get their comeupance and QUICK but hopefully NOT on your bike
