There is a six to eight foot slick of diesel running a long way southbound from half way between Oval and Stockwell tubes to at least the lights half way along Clapham Common Southside. I was going the otherway but I could smell it, and I saw several cars wheelspin as they pulled away from lights and a motorcyclist who had pulled over after noticing there was a problem.
