did anyone see undercover boss last night?

jokes aside, it was an interesting insight into high street brands and the disconnect at remote stores with whats happening at head office.

What amazed me was that the undercover worker was the deputy managing director of the company, but she came across quite timid when trying to sell products from the company

well i saw it too she has been in the family company since she was 16 so not realy got exspenice of the real world, ie part of the family so got promoted what ever they done, which causes more damage to a company as plainly we did see no comunication as to what the shops realy needed, she did nt have the zest and desire to be in her position, get her to step aside and get someone in who needs to pay a real morgage with guts and desire to win, those are the people you needwhat do you think am i right?
