Deleting of post not working?

for some reason i doubleposted (prob pressed refresh?) and when i tried to delete the post (got the “… click ok window” ) but the post wasnt deleted?

maybe its coz im a host that i can delete mine

ive just done a test post, and im unable to delete my post. theres no replys no views except mine and not able to delete it.
