The rest of the suits should follow a week or so later according to Helen. Am guessing the turn around for the dummy suits will be dependent on how fast the peeps getting them can confirm they are the correct sizes
the chaps who were sent a dummy suit all seem to have had them and those that needed to have sorted alterations. They also received their new gloves and I am very jealous but hopefully will get my suit and gloves at the weekend if I can get back from work
Shilly is picking his up on Thursday, mine should get to the MOD base by the weekend but will probs get lost internally on the base coz our postal system is crap lol.
I think Seggon’s suit is ready too, don’t think anyone has had their sit arrive on their doorstep yet but it is all in progress
Got a suit delivered today, I take it this is a dummy suit? The colour wasnt what i had specified (it was pure black) and didnt have my name on the sleave like I requested??
Gloves arrived too, bit tight, but should be ok with some wearing in
Suit looks good think two mesurements I gave must have been slightly out, the length from waist to knee cap is slightly long and I have a a camel toe round my nuts think the body needs to be two inches longer.
Do I need to tell Halo direct? If so ill fish out the email address.
Is it cordura or leather … that’ll be the give away as to whether it is your dummy suit or not … y’big dummy :PMy dummy suit was a bit off too so I got in touch with them and ended up visiting Adam since I was going for a ride down to Worthing anyway … he spent a good 20 minutes with me … noting down how much he thought needed adding and taking away from different parts of the suit.Either email them or drop Adam a call (I’ve got his mobile number if you don’t - just PM me)

Not great and doesn’t bode well for the rest of us if they can’t get the colour right :unsure:Adam and Helen both seem like decent folk though - so hopefully you’ll get it sorted without too much faff.Just be aware if you plan on turning up on spec … they aren’t based at the address on their website any more. I got there on Monday night and ended up waiting 15 minutes while Adam drove over to me, rather than him try to give me directions down the phone …
aye, probs easier to sort things out in person rather than via email/phone etc as its easy to forget to mention stuff unless you are having a proper convo. Def call them first tho to get the addy etc
it sounds like it could be a mix up of suits too, for yours to be the wrong colour and size and not have the lettering you asked for, sounds like they have got a few orders muddled, hopefully easily and quickly remedied
their address has changed from the one on the web site so make sure you get their new one before driving down mate. Glad you like the suit, pics once you have sorted the niggles please!
