Does anyone know of someone I can contact regarding this please? my alarm seems to be going off, no apparent reason, for the past few days, maybe loose wiring, but I’m not sure how to fix it.

Technically he is Claire’s one but for the alarm related matters, she is usually willing to lend/rent him…
have you identified why it is going off…?
you can do this by putting in it service mode and counting the number of beeps .
check manual for specifics
for example is it the protective trigger switch (6 beeps)?

Not sure why it’s going off Pan, first time it happened while in its usual parking spot at my house, then it didn’t for a week or so, and now it started again, this time a few seconds after I armed it!
when I disarm it after I hear the damn think going, I can hear 3 beeps, it’s driving me insane
no, you need yo put it in service mode to identify what triggered the alarm…
on S3 you do the following:
disarm alarm,
turn ignition on,
press and hold arm button until a beep is heard
then wait and count the numbers of beeps

Go here and choose which alarm you have - it’ll give you the user guide, de-spiking instructions etc.
