Dark looking new weapons for the law in N.London

was just walking to the supermarket last night in N.Finchley where I spotted two evil looking machines.

1, Mitsubishi, Evolution, with what looks like all the add ons “bodywork, lights, lowered”
2, VFR 800 standard but with police lights and panniers.

So heres the question,
There both gloss black, stickered up as crime response units with police lights, however look to have no affiliation with the Police. there both parked staggered from each other top gear style polished up to bits (obviously brand new, and well admired by their owners) outside what looks like a very ordinary office, just near the crossroads opposite Aldi.

Anyone else seen them? what are they supposed to be for and for who? are they affiliated with the police? :ermm:

I know of the guy lives near me in Potters Bar. got the Mitsubishi evolution, 2 vrf800’s and a truck with a trailer all with vehicle graphics. I would like to know what he does. maybe works with the police after incidents happen. secures sites:unsure:
