Just got back this morning and had to tell about the crazy dudes out there I spotted more people wearing helmets on there elbow than on there heads, logic being there elbow will be safe???
No, the law there now states they must wear a helmet…it does not state where it must be worn…No really…the police will not stop them if they have a helmet anywhere on their body:w00t: Not sure how this relates to females…
That`s seem the same in Spain riding superbikes with the lids on there arms instead of there heads.
