Any recommendations on particular crash mushrooms? Seems to be quite a lot out there. Wouldn’t mind something for the exhaust, too…

its the same fitting as a hornet. saved alot of damage in a recent 30mph spill (the pics of the damage to the mushroom are at the bottom of the ebay listing page, he sent me a free pair for some pics and a testimonial!)

Crash bungs that save the clutch/altenator casing…good idea!
Crash bungs may be ugly, but they seem so worth it!
I dunno, I think they enhance the streetfighter look. Can’t say the same for engine bars, mind you.

R&G are good - decent materials and design.
I got Upper crash bungs of ebay (seller: racesuppliesdirect) they were the cheapest:D
They were a bit fiddly to put on, had to put an extra couple of washers to get the spacing right, but importantly they do work as i found out last year when some dozy bitch knocked me off.:w00t:
Saved the Casing, gear lever, foot peg so i could ride home;)
Just remember u need upper and lower protectors
If you want non hassle Protectors go for R&G, they fit straight on:D
