except the stats dont say if it was between 20 and 30 …so these people might have been doing over 30 in a 20…whcih is what I suspect as no one obeys it in Camden
Doing 20 in a 20 zone around Camden will just get a load of pissed off cabbies up your backside, pushing you into parked cars.
